• It is nestled between Gastons resort on the left and Bull Shoals State park on the right. 
• Three river accesses are less than a mile away. 
• It is close to shopping at Lakeview or Bull Shoals.
• If you want a hassle free stay then we can have your frig stocked, restaurant plans made and even a river boat available for the weekend. 

Our rates are $150.00/night (High Season) with a two day minimum.  ($100/night off season) This includes use of the 2 car garage and the gorgous scenery.  If you book three nights Monday-Wednesday, you get Thursday @ 1/2 price!  Our 7 day or weekly rate is  $750.00.

**Of Note, we have a refund policy of full refund if cancelled within 30 days of expected arrival.  Any cancellations 29 days or less will result in forfeit of the entire rate.
